Frequently asked questions
What is Nexus?
Nexus is an AI assistant you can talk to about what is on your mind: a hard day, a decision, a thought that will not let go. It is not a person and not a specialist: it can be wrong and does not replace a psychologist, a doctor or another professional.
How much can I talk for free?
Without an account: 10 messages a day. With a free account: 40 messages a day. The limit resets every day at midnight (Romania time).
What is saved and how do I delete it?
Without an account, conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days. With an account and your consent, conversations stay in your account. You can delete any conversation, see, delete or pause Nexus's memory from your account, and delete your account entirely.
What are the experiences and how long do they take?
The coffee reading, palm reading, compatibility report, natal chart and numerology analysis are AI-generated interpretations you receive in your account, by email and as a PDF. The delivery time is shown on each page (usually 30–60 minutes). They are perspectives for reflection, not certainties.
How do the subscriptions work?
NEXUS+ ($11.11 a month) includes one premium experience a month, NEXUS DEEP ($22.22 a month) three. Both include a natal chart and a numerology analysis every 12 months and 200 chat messages a day. Monthly payment, no automatic renewal: we remind you 3 days before it expires.
Who sees my journal?
Your journal is visible only in your account. Nexus reads an entry only when you explicitly ask it for a reflection on it.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You start the conversation right on the home page. The free account keeps your conversations, journal and goals, and gives you more messages a day.
